(iTi), a language services provider whose mission is to provide multicultural language solutions, announces it has received ISO 9001:2008 certification. iTi completed their final audit in March 2016 and became the first Hispanic owned translation agency in New England to receive this certification.
ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard which establishes a quality management system to ensure consistency and accuracy in a company’s operational processes. ISO 9001:2008 is based on quality management principles: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, fact based decision making, mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
