iTi received their ISO 9001:2015 Certification in 2016 and has successfully completed every audit since then with minimal to zero noncompliance’s. ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System applicable to provide language solutions, interpretation and translation services, in all languages.

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard which establishes a quality management system to ensure consistency and accuracy in operational processes.
