Interpreting
Section 557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires the use of qualified interpreters for healthcare situations. Whether you need in-person interpreting or connecy wth us via video or over the phone, we use only Qualified or Board-Certified medical interpreters for your assignments.

Medical Interpreter Training
To comply with new recommendations from the Joint Commission, in order for your bilingual medical personnel to work with Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients, they must pass a reconized Language Proficiency Assessment (LPA). Not only can iTi administer the LPA, but we can also offer the required training for your bilingual staff to become Qualified Medical Interpreters.
